Listings

Yes, you can add a listing on behalf of someone else as a real estate agent or property manager or a person entrusted with the property’s management by the owner.

 

The property owner will be involved only when drafting a contract via the Kera website or app, upon your invitation.

Yes, you can add a listing on Kera even if the same has been added on other websites.

 

Remember that you can sync your Kera calendar with other calendars (using the iCalendar format) you use for your appointments. Your calendars will be merged so that you will only see your available days and times. 

Yes, you can entrust the management of your property (listings, appointments, communications, etc.) to a real estate agent or any other trusted person.

 

Your active involvement may be required only when drafting a contract via the Kera website or app, upon invitation from the Property Manager.

Yes, you can save it and then finish and post it. It will be saved in “Draft” under the “My listings” section. (See How do I see my listings?)

In order to change your listing, follow the steps below:

 

        Log in to your account.

        Go to “My listings” on the left side of your dashboard.

        Click on “Edit” next to the listing you wish to change.

        Change whatever you want (title, description, photo, location, etc.)

        Click on “Save”.

 

Your changes will be visible immediately. 

In addition to the information included in the listing itself, you can ask the Property Manager further questions using the Kera instant messaging service.

 

Just click on “Chat” under the Property Manager profile picture, start a conversation and ask whatever you wish to know.

 

You can find your instant messaging history at any time by clicking on “Inbox” on your dashboard. (See also Can I see my instant messaging history?)

Each listing adding is examined by a Kera team of specialists who view, identify and group all the listings of the same accommodation under the same ID.

 

However, we do not guarantee that all the listings regarding the same property will be detected since there is currently no automated process for that.

 

If you are a property owner and have doubts about a member’s honesty, you can:

 

-          Search by accommodation details and location.

-          Contact our Customer care.

To promote your listing, you should enrich it with quality content.

 

First of all, choose a suitable title and description for your accommodation. Make sure they are clear, simple and captivating, so they attract Seekers.

 

Add a few great and high-quality pictures. This will attract more views and interactions and help you achieve your goal.

 

In addition, you can add a professional touch to your listing by requesting multimedia services (photos, 3D virtual tours, floor plan). See Multimedia services: what are they, and how can I request them?

If you find a suspicious, fake or inappropriate listing, you can report it by contacting our Customer care.

Most Seekers respect facility conditions, but if you wish to make your rules clearer, you can state them before the contract draft.

 

When creating your listing, you will be asked to state any house rules, such as:

-          Smoking

-          Pets

Adding a listing is quick and easy.

Follow the steps below:

 

        Log in to your account.

        Click on “Add listing”.

        Complete and adorn your listing with the required information: property type, price, title, description, photos, etc.

        Click on “Pay and publish”.

 

Remember that in order to add a listing, you must have an account.

 

If you do not have an account yet, Sign up and start your activity on Kera.

In order to delete a listing, follow the steps below:

        Log in to your account.

        Go to “My listings” on the left side of your dashboard.

        Click on “Delete” below the offer you wish to delete.

 

You will find all your deleted listings under “Archive” in the “My listings” section.

You can see all your listings at any time.

Follow the steps below:

 

        Log in to your account.

        Go to “My listings” on the left side of your dashboard.

        You will see all your listings: active, draft and archive.

To prevent visibility of no longer available properties, each listing has a predefined validity duration starting from the moment of posting.

Each rental listing is valid for 30 days, while each sale listing is valid for 90 days.

If you are a Property Manager, you will receive some reminders via email, sms and notifications and asked to update your accommodation’s availability and your renewal preferences before the listing expires.

Multimedia services allow you to enhance and promote your property and increase your views.

 

Our professional services include photos, 3D virtual tours and floor plan.

 

You can request a multimedia service for your accommodation while creating your listing or later.

If you would like to request a multimedia service for an existing listing, follow the steps below:

        Log in to your account.

        Go to “My listings” on the left side of your dashboard.

        Click on “Edit” in the listing you wish to change.

        Go to “Additional service” step

        Click on “Add” to select the service you like.

        Add a day and time for the appointment.

        Click on “Continue” and proceed with the payment.

 

You will be sent an email with all your service and appointment details.

On Kera you can publish listings of many house types, provided that the accommodation is:

-          Described faithfully.

-          Located in the place indicated.

-          Really available.

-          Your property or under your management.

 

Currently, listings for the following cannot be added:

-          Motor vehicles

-          Boats (yachts, sailing boats, etc.)

 

We retain the right to limit, suspend, disable or delete any account that does not adhere to our guidelines or violates our Terms and Conditions.

In order to promote your listing, you can add photos of your property.

 

We suggest that you upload high-quality multimedia files, so that Seekers can have a clear idea of the space at their disposal if they rent or buy your property.

 

You can upload multimedia files while creating your listing or later.

If you would like to add multimedia files to your existing listing, follow the steps below:

 

        Log in to your account.

        Go to “My listings” on the left side of your dashboard.

        Click on “Edit” in the listing you wish to change.

        Go to “Media” step and select media from your gallery.

        Click on “Continue” and then “Save”.

 

If you would like to request a professional multimedia service, click here.

You can choose one of the following options for your property location on the map:

-          Approximative location: we will show an approximative area (not the exact position). Seekers will see on the map the area where your property is located.

-          Accurate position: we will show the exact position. Seekers will see a point on the map precisely indicating your accommodation.

 

Whatever you choose, you can always decide to communicate the exact location of your property via instant messaging and reply to any question.

 

In addition, you can change this setting for all your listings at any time.

If your listing does not appear in search results, make sure your search filters are in line with the objects of your query and delete any filter that does not match your listing.

 

In addition, your listing may have been deleted or suspended because of one of the following reasons:

-          Listing expired.

-          Property rented/sold.

-          A Seeker paid a “Freeze” deposit to you or another Property Manager of the same accommodation.

-          Violation of the Kera Terms and Conditions.

-          Fake listing.
